WestBend - Shopping, Dining, Services
WHAT TO KNOW
If you’ve recently driven through the University District of Fort Worth, you have likely
noticed WestBend, one of the city’s newest retail, dining and office developments. Located
across from University Park Village on the Trinity River, the 278,000-square-foot mixed-use
development provides a walkable urban experience for the already-successful conventional
retail in the area. WestBend will feature 183,000 square feet of office space and 95,000
square feet of new retail and restaurants. Several restaurants, including HG Sply Co. and
Bartaco, will feature large trailside patios on the Trinity Trails. WestBend also has two
active trailside public spaces that enhance the already vibrant social scene that exists
in the area.
This unique Fort Worth outdoor specialty retail center includes over 160,000 square feet
of clothing, accessories, beauty, home décor and gifts. Offering desirable names like
Johnnie-O, Bluemercury, Susiecakes, TYLER’S and Warby Parker along with local favorites
such as dear hannah, each concept is carefully selected to add to the charm of the
University Park District while providing something for every taste and budget.
PARKING
Surface parking is available near your favorite stores, but if you’re planning to stay a
while, please use our convenient and free parking garage located behind Tyler’s and
HG Sply Co. It’s bright, clean, safe, video-monitored, and has elevators and music!
FORT WORTH BCYCLE WESTBEND STATION
