2021 36th Annual Texas & Neighbors Regional Art Exhibition

Exhibition on Display: May 15th - June 12th, 2021

Stormie Parker’s award winning sculpture “Escape” has been accepted into the Texas and Neighbors exhibit at the Irving Arts Center. Located at 3333 N. MacArthur Blvd. Irving TX. Phone 1-972-252-7558

The Texas & Neighbors Exhibition is an annual collaboration between the Irving Art Association and the Irving Arts Center. This exhibition we are celebrating its 36th year. The exhibition is scheduled for May 13th through June 12th at the Irving Arts Center. Juror is Andrea Karnes, Senior Curator at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.

$10,000 in prizes! The entry deadline passed on March 1st.

UPDATE: Notifications of acceptance were sent on Monday, March 22. Drop-off of accepted artwork is still scheduled for Saturday, April 10, 10 am - 3 pm. However, there will be no live events - the Reception & Awards Ceremony will be virtual only. (date TBA) The exhibit will open as scheduled on May 15th - June 12th at the Irving Arts Center.

 


About Windstorm Studios

Stormie Parker is a local ceramic artist.

A Native of the South West , she was raised in Flagstaff Arizona where she studied ceramics at Northern Arizona University.

After living abroad for many years she has recently returned to the United States making her home once again in the great South West.

All of the functional pottery made by Windstorm Pottery is hand made on a potter's wheel. These pieces are lead free And safe for use in the Microwave and dishwasher.
