I have always dreamed of being a professional artist and I began expressing myself through
drawings at an early age. The teachers would let me draw the display for Christmas on the
blackboard. I never lost my passion for art. My work is rich, colorful, and has bold
textures. I believe that in the quest for individuality, art is the highest expression of
"Human Victory". In the final analysis, it does not matter how the world perceives your
art, it only matters how your art perceives the world. I paint using acrylic paint and
cerne relief outliner paint on canvas and bisque ceramic tiles.
My creations are a combination of Jazz and Art in an "Improvisational Contemporary Style".
Journey with me through a "Rainbow of Explicit Color on Canvas". The Creations contained
on the site are all originals using acrylic and cerne relief outliner paint on canvas and
ceramic tiles, and paper. I want to create a "Jazz Abstract and Soulful Experience". Art
is my passion and you might say that I am "Nuts for Art". Make Art and Peace , Not War.
Enjoy the Art and Free Your Mind. I will leave you with this message from a Great
Scholar: Daisaku Ikeda
A Great Work of art is one that truly moves and inspires you. You yourself must be moved.
Don’t look at art with others’ eyes. Don’t listen to music with others’ ears. You must
react to art with your own feelings, your own heart and mind. If you allow yourself to
be swayed by the opinions of others - "It must be good because everyone else likes it,
It must be bad because no one else likes it" - your feelings, your sensibility, which
should be the very core of the artistic experience, will wither and die. To enjoy art
to the fullest you must abandon all preconceived notions, leaving a blank slate. Then
confront the work directly, with your entire being. If you are deeply moved, then that
work is, for you, a great work of art.

ARTIST STATEMENT:
Art is a powerful weapon in the struggle for individuality. It is one of the highest
expressions of "Human Victory". I hope that my art encourage people to smile and enhance
their own search for individual creativity. I often push the limit beyond the traditional
art realm searching for new innovations.
